From the year 2008, it is managed by the fund CapMan.

Dermika, a leading brand of luxury cosmetics, perfectly supplements the product range of Cederroth Polska, which includes brands like Soraya, Salvequick, Family Fresh and Pharbio Medical.
Both cosmetic companies share a common history: they are connected through the role of Jolanta Zwolińska, who, in 1983, founded the company Soraya, left it 11 years later and established her own firm – Dermika.
At present, both companies are parts of Cederroth Polska S.A.
