Bulgarian Wine
Chateau Slavyantsi – Special Reserve
Merlot & Cabernet Sauvignon
Red Wines made from hand selected vines over 20 years old and matured in small oak casks for a minimum of 1 year. A reserve you would prefer for your celebration dinner in front of the fireplace. These red wines have a nice red color and crystal limpidity. The bouquet is typical with nuances of ripe wild berries – black currant, strawberry, and blueberry mixed with cinnamon tones of spices. The flavor is long ranged, soft, harmonious, with accents of a noble oak and memorable pleasant finish.
The wines should be served at room temperature or lightly chilled.

Muscat & Chardonnay

The flavor is exceptionally pleasant, fresh and with tones of honey, resembling an apple, with nuances of peach and a citrus fruit with a an accent of noble oak. The flavor is a rich aromatic composition in a long finish of pleasant emotions. The wines should be served chilled with fish, white meats, and dried delicacies or as an aperitif.

Taking the best of each to make an elegant semidry, delicate, aromatic white wine. It is traditionally produced as a dessert wine, but it can be served as an aperitif, with fish, white meats and fresh fruit. It is recommended to serve at a temperature of 55 -60 degrees.

Chardonnay
This Chardonnay originates in the Champagne province in France, but it is now produced on all continents, and has done remarkably well in the Bulgarian climate. The wine has a characteristic bouquet and is easy to recognize by tasting, which makes it very popular. It is best served slightly chilled with fish and white meat.

Cabernet Sauvignon
Bulgaria is a country with almost 14 centuries of history. It has preserved the mystery of the Orpheus songs, the treasures of the ancient Thracians and the memory of its legendary warriors. You can feel the magnetic spirit of the Bulgarians in this real Bulgarian red dry wine. This Cabernet provides the major contribution to the quality of red wines from Bordeaux. It is produced in all wine-growing countries worldwide and always yields the best quality wines. In the Sophia wine-growing region it yields excellent wines. This king of red wines is drunk at a temperature 4 degrees below the ambient temperature, but not lower than 55 degrees or higher than 77. It is especially good with dark meat.
